We are fortunate to have very supportive parents who are welcomed in school. 

We hope parents are able to help their child at home in many ways.

• Talking with their child about their school day and praising successes they have had.
• Reading with their child everyday, and discussing the content they have read.
• Help practise their times tables.
• Support with any homework being sent home and help with their weekly spellings.

We invite parents to join us for Parents Evening to explain to parents about their child's successes in school and how we can work together to allow their child to achieve their very best. If parents wish to see teachers on other occasions, they are welcome to pop in after school for a word, or make an appointment for a longer discussion.

We look forward to seeing parents at induction meetings, special assemblies, festivals, performances, sports days and our very successful 'parents as partners' workshops where parents can join their child in school for some collaborative educational fun!
